I am Cheré Dain-Marlo, a retired second grade teacher who moved in our Community three years ago from Indianapolis to be close to my kids and three grandkids. I have enjoyed being on the Board these last two years and would appreciate the opportunity to serve our Community again.

Gary Schauperl
My wife and I moved to Alexander Creek last February, and I enjoy living in the community. I have an MBA and currently work at Situs AMC. I have served on the Architectural Review Committee at Winterset for a couple of years. Also, I was a real estate appraiser for 10 years. I feel this experience would be beneficial to the board.

Raymond Hanss
I have lived in Alexander Creek since 2012. Up until recently, I have abstained from participating in board related issues. I have recently filled in, temporarily, on the board as assistant secretary/treasurer. I have also created the current website for Alexander Creek for the benefit of current and potential residents. I am submitting my name to continue serving as assistant and maintain my status as I Tech. I have virtually no experience with secretarial or treasury related duties for HOAs, however my wife has been a secretarial assistant for a nearby subdivision for over 20 years.
