To fill out an Architectural Review Request Form, click on the PDF link on the right. This form is fillable, meaning you can fill out the form "online" and then download it to your computer. Before submitting, make sure to type your name in the signature box/line and enter the date in the next box. This will serve as your official signature.

The next step is to:

A) download it to your computer, then attach it, (and supporting docs), and email it to the Architectural Review Committee at: jijr@sbcglobal.net .​

B) print it out and submit to any board member, along with supporting docs.
